Generations Incorporated is seeking 15 Program Coordinators to lead our community based intergenerational literacy program initiatives for the upcoming school year. By serving with us, you would:

• Gain hands on experience coordinating multiple programs and managing volunteers.
• Serve with a team of older adult volunteers to make an impact on the community and the lives of Boston’s youth.
• Inspire leadership among community residents.
• Build skills in group facilitation, conflict resolution, program development, and evaluation.
• Create and implement family outreach activities that bridge the gap between schools and students’ families.
• Gain insight into the structure and environment of an urban public school system.
• Become part of a diverse team of AmeriCorps members who share a common passion for community service.
• Live in an exciting, thriving city.
