Learn new and natural ways to enhance your sleep health.

Restful sleep provides the foundation for your mental and
physical well-being. After a day of stimulating activity, your
body is ready for and needs deep sleep.

Participants will learn... 

  • How to have a good day after a bad night of sleep
  • How to create and maintain a restful sleep routine
  • How lack of sleep affects your mood and health conditions
  • And we’ll conclude with a gentle head, neck and back massage!
