Wear comfortable clothing.  Get exposure to tools and approaches for healthy living.  Speakers will provide useful information, and fun and engaging activities.  And it's FREE!  Topics include Nutrition, Yoga, Tai Chi, Zumba, sex and relationships, mindfulness/meditation, and technology for personal health.Representatives from various health-related organizations will also be on-hand to meet with attendees.
