The Stanford University Chronic Disease Self-Management Program is for anyone living with an on-going medical condition. Learn to eat well, control your pain, begin an exercise program, handle stress and relax, increase your energy level. The workshop is offered at no charge and a book is provided for each participant.
Workshop meets 1 day a week for 6 weeks. Wednesdays, 10-12:30 January 9th - February 13th
