Whether you spend your final days in a hospital, nursing home, hospice care or at home. Planning ahead can make it more likely that you receive the care you want and that your wishes are known.

Join Ethos and experts in the field on Wednesday, April 17, 2019, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m., at the English High School Auditorium, 144 McBride Street in Jamaica Plain, for a special Conversation on Aging: Making Your Wishes Known! A discussion about End of Life Planning.

Attendees will learn how to:

Speak open and honestly with loved ones before a medical crisis happens

Choose a health care proxy and find out what key planning documents need to be completed

Take care of important spiritual needs and make final arrangements.

They will also receive a valuable booklet listing necessary paperwork and procedures to follow. This event is not just for seniors and their caregivers, but for anyone interested in planning ahead.

Free parking is available and the location is easily accessible by MBTA Orange Line (Green Street station).
