Rodman Ride for Kids

It’s that time of year again as we gear up for the Rodman Ride for Kids, a noncompetitive 25, 50 or 100 mile bike ride on Saturday, Sept. 24, 2011. This year, Generations Incorporated will join over one thousand riders on a trek throughout southeastern Massachusetts with a team fundraising goal of $20,000. The Ride will match, by 10%, all of the funds raised and underwrite all costs for the event. That means 110% of all donations go right to Generations Incorporated!

The day of the ride is sure to be filled with fun. There will be volunteers at water stops throughout the course,  spotter vans along the route, medical support, and bicycle emergency repair stations. To top it off, at the end of the Ride all participants will be treated to some music, a barbecue lunch, prizes, a T-shirt, and a cheering section to pull you in! However you choose to participate, your efforts will benefit the children and older adults of Greater Boston.

We still need more riders, and would love to have you pedal alongside our team! For more information about how you can get involved, please contact C.T. Ransdell at (617) 778-0501 or at cransdell@generationsinc.org
